Fund raiser for Rugby Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Department. A 2 day festival featuring craft vendors and music. It willbbe held on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29. Hours are 10am till 5pm both days. On Saturday at 2:00 pm there is a pony auction. Music on Saturday is old time bluegrass and gospel music on Sunday. Concessions provided by the rescue squad and fire department. Festival goes on rain or shine.
